Start a project

The best first message describes the problem rather than the solution you have in mind. Useful things to include:

• what you are trying to do and who it is for;
• what you have tried, and why it didn’t work;
• the data or documents involved (types and rough volumes; no confidential files yet);
• constraints: deadlines, budget range, where data is allowed to live;
• how you will know it works.

You will get a reply from Saulius directly. If the problem is a good fit, the usual next step is a short call and then a fixed-scope feasibility assessment.
